Job Description

Affiliate & Partner Channel Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate & Partner Channel Lead based in United States.

This is a high-ownership growth role responsible for building and scaling a core revenue channel through affiliate and strategic partnerships in the financial services ecosystem. You will take an existing foundation and transform it into a scalable, performance-driven distribution engine that materially contributes to company growth. The role sits at the intersection of growth, partnerships, operations, and analytics, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will own relationships with major financial comparison platforms and affiliate networks while expanding into new high-ROI distribution partners. This is a role for someone who understands how affiliate ecosystems actually operate inside fintech and can translate that knowledge into measurable revenue impact. You will also build the operational backbone of the channel, ensuring tracking, compliance, and performance visibility are fully reliable.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the affiliate and partner channel strategy, setting clear performance goals across CPA, LTV/CAC, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify, prioritize, and activate high-value partnerships across financial platforms, aggregators, and emerging distribution channels.
  • Own end-to-end partner operations including IO negotiation, onboarding, creative coordination, tracking setup, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Serve as the primary owner of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact or equivalent), ensuring accurate configuration, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain scalable operational infrastructure including playbooks, dashboards, compliance workflows, and partner enablement systems.
  • Manage channel performance optimization, including CPA targets, quality metrics, fraud signals, and overall portfolio efficiency.
  • Partner with data and product teams to improve attribution models, incrementality measurement, and channel insights.
  • Run structured experiments across offers, creative assets, landing pages, and partner placements to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Act as the internal representative of the affiliate channel in cross-functional planning, budgeting, and growth discussions.

Requirements:

  • 3–8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth roles within fintech, financial services, or major digital publishers.
  • Hands-on experience with major financial comparison platforms such as Credit Karma, LendingTree, NerdWallet, or Bankrate.
  • Strong proficiency with affiliate tracking and partnership platforms such as Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or Rakuten.
  • Proven ability to independently manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships, including IO negotiation, campaign setup, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, validate data, and identify performance anomalies.
  • Demonstrated experience growing an affiliate or partner channel rather than only maintaining existing relationships.
  • Familiarity with consumer credit or lending ecosystems, including funnel economics and lead quality dynamics.
  • Experience operating in compliance-sensitive environments with the ability to balance speed and regulatory rigor.
  • Strong scrappy, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus and equity (RSUs/options)
  • Unlimited paid time off and flexible remote-first work environment
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company support
  • Opportunity to directly impact financial inclusion and access to credit for underserved customers
  • High-growth startup environment with strong executive leadership and experienced investors
  • Professional autonomy and ownership over a critical revenue channel
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on innovation and impact
