This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on shaping how leading media, entertainment, publishing, and gaming organizations adopt AI-powered production services at scale. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI audio technology and real-world creative production, helping global customers transform localization, dubbing, audiobooks, advertising, and other content workflows. The role involves building deep, long-term partnerships with major studios, broadcasters, and publishers, acting as a trusted advisor on how advanced AI-driven production services can unlock new creative and operational possibilities. Operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, you will collaborate closely with technical, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless onboarding and expansion across strategic accounts. This is an opportunity to directly influence how next-generation media experiences are created and distributed globally.
- Build and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across media, entertainment, publishing, and adjacent industries adopting AI-powered production services at scale.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand service adoption and strengthen long-term partnerships within key global organizations.
- Drive complex, consultative sales cycles with senior stakeholders, including executives at studios, broadcasters, publishers, and gaming companies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on how to adopt and integrate AI-driven production workflows into their operations.
- Collaborate closely with customer success, solutions engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support upselling and cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Represent customer needs internally, helping shape service delivery, product evolution, and production capabilities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends in media localization, AI audio, and creative production services.
- 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally within media, entertainment, publishing, or related technology services.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts with complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of service-based sales models, particularly consultative, solution-led, or production-oriented offerings.
- Experience engaging and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders in large organizations.
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex procurement processes in global enterprises.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value-based selling and strategic account expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep interest in media production, AI technologies, and the evolving creative content landscape.
- Experience selling localization, dubbing, media services, or production-related solutions is a strong plus.
- Exposure to AI audio, voice technology, or content generation tools is an advantage.
