Job Title: Field Technician

Hourly Wage: $25/hr plus ski pass and benefits

Schedule: M-F Full-Time

Job Summary: For the past 40+ years, our locally owned business has become the Hot Tub Experts in the area. Our goal is to deliver a world-class customer experience. Aqua Vita Spas is looking for the right individual to work with our water maintenance, service and sauna team as a full-time Field Technician. You will maintain spa water, deliver and install spas, and perform basic repairs while providing great customer service across Routt County. Successful candidates should be great with people, love working outdoors in all seasons, hardworking, honest and comfortable working independently and with a team. No experience needed, as we provide comprehensive on the job training.

Technician Responsibilities:

• Commit to becoming an expert in water chemistry and various sanitization systems

• Testing, diagnosing and balancing water chemistry to company standards using supplied water care products and test kits

• Ability to interact with customers in a competent and professional manner with the ability to answer questions and advise customers on operations

• Clean and maintain filters, controls and other spa parts and accessories

• Accurate completion of all necessary documentation of service visits

• Willingness to work independently, along with a team as needed

• Drain and clean services

• Support spa and sauna deliveries with a team and lead

• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• A dependable person with a can-do attitude

• Outstanding communication skills to understand customer needs and showcase product features

• A commitment to maintaining long-lasting customer relationships and providing top-notch service

• On-time, consistent arrival at work and reliable attendance

• Valid Driver’s License and clean, insurable driving record

• Eagerness to learn

• Strong ability to navigate Routt County

• Loves to work in the outdoors

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Ability to safely lift, push and pull up to 100 lbs

• Ability to stand, sit, bend and twist for extended periods of time

• Prior service technician experience in any field is a plus

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to use digital tools for delivery communications
