  • Maintain dashboard quality: Update existing dashboards as requirements evolve and conduct quality checks to ensure visualizations are accurate, reliable, accessible, and usable.
  • Enable end-user adoption: Train users on effective dashboard interaction and help stakeholders understand and leverage available data insights.
  • Communicate findings: Prepare and present monthly visualizations and insights to large stakeholder groups, adapting complex analyses for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline, along with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Healthcare-program expertise: Demonstrated experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid programs.
  • Dashboard development: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar dashboard and data-visualization platforms.
  • Data and SQL skills: Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and large datasets, with the ability to extract and organize information for meaningful analysis.
  • Data visualization: Ability to create compelling visualizations that communicate complex analyses, trends, and insights effectively.
  • Dashboard design: Understanding of dashboard-design best practices, including accessibility, usability, clarity, and intuitive user experiences.
  • Programming and web technologies: Familiarity with Python or R, as well as HTML and JavaScript.
  • Communication and collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Self-starter with natural curiosity and an ability to understand, simplify, and clearly explain complex data.
  • Security and eligibility: Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and must have lived in the United States for at least 3 of the past 5 years.
  • Preferred: Stronger proficiency in Python or SQL, Databricks and Snowflake, HTML and JavaScript, along with advanced knowledge of dashboard accessibility and usability practices.
Benefits
