Patient Representative – The Friendly Face of Our Practice
Are you the kind of person who loves helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly? As our Patient Representative, you’ll be the first friendly voice and smile patients and families experience - aka the VIP of first impressions! You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and help create a welcoming, stress-free visit for every family.
Schedule: 32 hours per week + rotating Saturdays
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday availability is a must!

Sanders Court Pediatrics – Arlington Heights
- Monday- Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am-Noon
Sanders Court Pediatrics – Buffalo Grove
- Monday- Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am-Noon

For more than 30 years, Sanders Court Pediatrics has proudly cared for families in our community. Our experienced and compassionate team provides personalized care for every stage of childhood - from those very first newborn visits all the way through young adulthood. We love partnering with families and helping guide them through each milestone along the way.
We serve patients at two locations and are proud to have a strong, dedicated clinical team that includes 12 providers - 10 board-certified physicians and 2 certified nurse practitioners.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Answers phones, schedules appointments and verifies patient information.
- Completes check-in, check-out and end of day processing.
- Enters charges; collects and posts payments.
- Collects patient balances.
- Copies medical records.
- Scans incoming patient records/reports.
- Completes end of day process.
- Processes medical records requests.
- Demonstrates and supports PediaTrust Core Values.
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Performs digital health workflows and initiatives.
- Performs complete referral authorizations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High School diploma required
- Ability to multitask
- Must be detail oriented
- Good communication skills and customer service skills
- General computer knowledge
- Problem-solving skills

Required Length & Type of Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Office based work experience preferred
