This is a high-impact opportunity to lead education programs in partnership with large public school systems across India.
You will drive implementation, strengthen partnerships, and help ensure that teachers and students can effectively use digital learning resources.
The role combines strategic planning, complex project management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams spanning content, operations, teacher enablement, data, and program efficacy.
Your insights will help identify opportunities to improve adoption, deepen engagement, and strengthen learning outcomes at scale.
The environment is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and highly execution-focused, with considerable autonomy and room to experiment.
This role is ideal for an experienced program leader passionate about education and creating measurable social impact.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with state-level leadership to plan and execute large-scale implementation of digital learning programs across public school systems.
  • Support government and education stakeholders throughout implementation, helping them make informed decisions using data-backed insights.
  • Coordinate with content, partner operations, teacher enablement, data, and efficacy teams to ensure programs and services are delivered successfully and on schedule.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve teacher engagement, student usage, program adoption, and overall implementation effectiveness.
  • Analyze large quantitative datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and strategic opportunities for increasing program usage across states.
  • Gather and interpret qualitative feedback from education stakeholders, teachers, and school systems to continuously improve partnership strategies and implementation plans.
  • Build sustainable capacity within partner school systems so programs can be implemented effectively and scaled over time.
  • Manage complex projects from planning through execution, balancing immediate operational priorities with longer-term strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders, driving progress even when formal authority is limited.
  • Develop strong relationships with state partners and maintain clear communication throughout the lifecycle of each program.
  • Travel as required to support partnerships, implementation activities, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • 6–9 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in program management, education, consulting, government projects, social impact, or another complex stakeholder environment.
  • Experience successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, including defining scope, setting goals, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience working with large-scale government or public-sector initiatives is strongly valued; prior experience as an educator is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder and people-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong quantitative analytical capabilities, including the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Ability to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative feedback to understand challenges and adapt program strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for government leaders, educators, internal teams, and other stakeholders across written, presentation, and verbal formats.
  • Multilingual communication skills are an advantage, particularly when working across diverse state and regional contexts.
  • Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly understand new problems, environments, and stakeholder needs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity, willingness to experiment, and strong bias toward action.
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of both strategic and operational work in a growing environment.
  • Strong passion for education, social impact, and improving outcomes for underserved learners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary.
  • Remote-friendly workplace with the option to work from home.
  • Flexible working schedules.
  • Health and wellness benefits.
  • Professional development opportunities and a strong learning culture.
