This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Implantação PL (E-commerce) based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in implementing digital and operational solutions for e-commerce businesses. You will act as a key bridge between clients and internal teams, translating business needs and operational workflows into effective system configurations. The role covers the full implementation journey, from process discovery and solution design through testing, training, and go-live. You will work closely with clients to ensure their e-commerce, marketplace, ERP, and operational processes are understood and optimized. Success in this position means delivering smooth implementations while helping customers gain autonomy and measurable value from their solutions. - Welcome newly assigned clients and manage the implementation process through completion, using authorized tools and established procedures.
- Coordinate standardized implementation documentation and follow up on required signatures, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clear project milestones.
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions and map customer processes, operational workflows, requirements, and business needs.
- Develop and validate the project's Business Blueprint, ensuring that customer expectations are accurately translated into appropriate solution designs.
- Configure and test solutions according to customer requirements, ensuring functionality, quality, and a smooth implementation.
- Plan, execute, and monitor unit and integration testing, identifying inconsistencies and coordinating their resolution.
- Deliver customer training and guidance, enabling users to adopt the implemented solutions effectively and operate with greater autonomy.
- Lead customer project and service implementations, minimizing operational disruption and supporting a successful transition to new processes and technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve products and customer processes by documenting implementation requirements and communicating enhancement opportunities to the appropriate teams.
- Track reported system improvements through delivery, ensuring customer needs are properly followed up and resolved according to established procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities to generate additional customer value through process optimization, innovation, and effective solution design.
- Support and mentor less-experienced team members when needed, contributing to knowledge sharing and the development of the wider implementation team.
- Completed bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience with e-commerce operations and/or marketplaces, with a solid understanding of catalog, order, invoicing/NF-e, inventory, and logistics workflows.
- Practical knowledge of REST API integrations, including reading technical documentation, interpreting JSON payloads, and validating requests using Postman.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Meet.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex customer processes and translate them into practical system requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when gathering requirements, validating solutions, and training customers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple implementation activities, deadlines, and customer expectations.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from discovery through implementation and customer handover.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality implementations and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ability and willingness to mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the team.
- Knowledge of SAP Business One processes, particularly Sales, Fiscal, Finance, Inventory, and Business Partners, is considered a strong advantage.
