This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coordenador(a) de Operações de Sistemas de TI - Operação de Sistemas based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote leadership opportunity focused on the reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of technology operations.
You will lead teams responsible for N1, N2, and N3 systems support and incident management.
The role combines operational leadership with problem management, SRE, observability, and service continuity.
You will also oversee capacity planning, budgets, suppliers, and the performance of critical technology environments.
Your technical expertise in SQL, Python, cloud services, data architecture, and ITIL will support informed decision-making.
The position is suited to an experienced technology operations professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and improving service reliability.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and coordinate teams responsible for systems incidents and N1, N2, and N3 technical support, ensuring effective resolution and service continuity.
  • Manage systems problem management, identifying root causes and driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee SRE, reliability, monitoring, and observability practices to improve the stability and performance of technology environments.
  • Manage capacity, availability, and business continuity initiatives, anticipating operational risks and ensuring appropriate service levels.
  • Manage the team's budget, monitoring resources and expenses in alignment with operational priorities.
  • Coordinate technology suppliers and service providers, monitoring delivery, performance, and adherence to agreed expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement across systems operations by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reliability, and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field; postgraduate studies or an MBA in IT management are desirable.
  • Proven experience supporting and maintaining technology environments, preferably in a systems operations leadership or coordination capacity.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.
  • Solid understanding of cloud services and technology infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of data architecture and its application within technology operations.
  • Good understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.
  • Experience monitoring data pipelines is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams and multiple operational priorities.
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
