Job Description

All Care Therapies is a leading provider of Physical, Occupational, Speech, and ABA therapy services, delivering care through virtual, in-home, and clinic-based settings across California, Texas, and Nevada. We serve individuals of all ages, combining innovative technology with a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Our dedicated clinicians provide flexible, high-quality care that meets patients where they are, supporting recovery, enhancing communication, and driving meaningful, long-term outcomes.

All Care Therapies is hiring a Senior Physical Therapist to join our growing Outpatient team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PT who wants to continue providing hands-on patient care while taking on a greater role in clinical leadership, mentorship, and team support.

As a Senior PT, approximately 80–85% of your time will be dedicated to direct patient care, with the remaining time focused on supporting and developing other clinicians, collaborating with leadership, and helping ensure high-quality clinical outcomes across your team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active caseload and provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatment
  • Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand their condition, needs, and goals
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions to support meaningful patient outcomes
  • Track patient progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on clinical response
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and expectations for recovery
  • Serve as a clinical resource and first point of contact for assigned Physical Therapists and PTAs
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and clinical support to therapists and graduate students
  • Serve as a Clinical Supervisor for assigned Physical Therapists and/or graduate students
  • Conduct clinical observations and provide feedback as part of ongoing quality improvement
  • Support clinicians with clinical, documentation, and day-to-day questions
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Lead, Clinical Manager, and Office Manager to promote high-quality patient care and a positive clinic culture
  • Help monitor team productivity, utilization, and capacity while supporting clinicians in meeting expectations
  • Assist with documentation timeliness and other clinical quality initiatives
  • Step in to provide direct patient care as needed to support clinic coverage and team needs

Why Join Us

  • Clinical Leadership Without Leaving Patient Care
    • Spend approximately 80–85% of your time treating patients
    • Take on meaningful leadership and mentorship responsibilities without moving entirely into management
    • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for your team
    • Opportunities to grow your leadership skills and advance your career internally
  • Support & Growth
    • A close-knit team that values collaboration, mentorship, and shared success
    • Opportunities to mentor therapists and graduate students
    • Professional development and skill-building support
    • Collaborative partnership with Clinical and Operations leadership
  • Flexibility & Balance
    • Maintain a primarily clinical role while expanding your leadership experience
    • Collaborative environment designed to support you as a professional and a human being
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits
    • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
    • Comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • 3–5 years of Physical Therapy experience, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with clinicians, patients, families, and leadership
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning and using technology and new software
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
