Job Description
- Under the supervision of the Project Manager, provides technical support to construction staff. Reviews plans and other technical documents, answers questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project.
- Understands contract documents to help ensure compliance with drawings and contract specifications.
- Assists with procurement and vendor management.
- Supports the Project Manager in the supervision of the project as needed including the development of cost estimates or tentative schedules.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in the construction industry required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with CAD software a plus.
- Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to travel to jobsites and perform necessary manual tasks as required.
