As a New Business Intern at Brownstein Group, you will playa vital role in supporting our business development efforts. You will be a partof a dynamic team that drives the agency's growth by identifying, pursuing, andsecuring new client opportunities. This role requires a proactive mindset,excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the advertising andpublic relations industry. This opportunity is for the fall internship program and will begin on September 14, 2026 and conclude on December 4, 2026.

Responsibilities:
· Attend and contribute to internal and agency meetings asactive participant
· Perform research and market analysis activities to identifypotential new clients and business opportunities.
· Assist in the preparation and development of newbusiness presentations and proposals.
· Collaborate with the new business team to create strategicpitches that align with client needs and agency strengths.
· Support the coordination of new business meetings,including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
· Maintain and update the agency's new businessdatabase with relevant client and prospect information.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions to generateinnovative ideas for client acquisition and retention.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities toinform new business strategies.
· Assist in the organization and execution of agencymarketing events aimed at attracting new clients.
· Provide administrative support to the new businessteam as needed, ensuring seamless operations.

· Strong desire to learn
· Currently enrolled Junior orSenior in a related major pursuing a degree at a University or College ORrecent Graduate in a related major
· Insatiable curiosity

PhysicalRequirements & Working Conditions:
· Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
