This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Order to Cash, Associate Consulting Manager based in India.

This is an opportunity to lead key workstreams within complex Order-to-Cash transformation programs for clients across finance and business operations. You’ll combine deep O2C expertise with consulting, process transformation, and technology enablement to deliver measurable improvements. The role spans areas including customer master data, credit, billing, revenue recognition, collections, cash application, disputes, and forecasting. You’ll act as a day-to-day client lead, translating business needs into practical process and technology solutions. You’ll also contribute to business development, executive communications, and the development of junior team members. • Own and lead key workstreams within Order-to-Cash transformation programs, covering customer master data, credit, billing and invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, cash application, dispute management, sales adjustments, and cash and revenue forecasting.

• Serve as a day-to-day client lead for O2C initiatives, translating business requirements into effective process and technology solutions.

• Lead process and solution discussions with client stakeholders, connecting detailed O2C process design with technology enablement.

• Identify systemic challenges and improvement opportunities across the O2C value chain and recommend leading practices, KPIs, and target-state solutions.

• Develop project workplans, track milestones, manage risks, and support change management and client communications where required.

• Develop and review executive-ready presentations and other deliverables that clearly communicate findings, insights, recommendations, and proposed solutions.

• Contribute to consulting practice growth through solution development, pursuit support, proposal activities, thought leadership, and delivery excellence.

• Support delivery against revenue, margin, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and influence decisions through strong business and functional expertise.

• Coach and mentor Senior Analysts and Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, consistency, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, sustainable improvements across finance processes and technology.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, accounting, economics, computer science, data analytics, mathematics, data science, or a related discipline.

• 4+ years of Order-to-Cash experience in consulting or industry, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end O2C processes or significant functional workstreams.

• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, with experience across areas such as billing, collections, credit, cash application, dispute management, revenue recognition, or related finance operations.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high delivery standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations, insights, and solutions to client stakeholders and executives.

• Experience leading project workplans, milestone tracking, risk management, change management, and client communications is preferred.

• Exposure to consulting practice development, including solution development, thought leadership, pursuits, or proposal support, is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and build trusted client relationships.

• Experience working in a large or mid-sized professional services or consulting firm is desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify process gaps and translate them into actionable improvements.

• Ability to bridge business process requirements and technology solutions effectively.

• Strong mentoring and collaboration skills, with a willingness to support the development of junior professionals.

• 100% remote work arrangement within India.

• Monday–Friday schedule with a 9-hour shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.

• Limited travel expectations of approximately 0–5%.
