⭐ What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, active sales role — not a cashier position. You will:

Greet every customer, every time — no exceptionsAsk questions, listen actively, and guide customers through a full-service fitting experienceStay curious & continuously learn about footwear, foot health, and orthotic solutionsFollow our selling approach to meet and exceed personal sales goals Help maintain a positive, professional environmentStay active, engaged, and present on the sales floor — no standing around
