We're growing! We’re looking for passionate, driven and energetic candidates to join our Leasing team for the position of Leasing Supervisor located at our office in Guelph, Ontario. This position requires you to report to Skyline’s head office 5 days a week, and requires the occasional weekend.
Compensation: $65,000.00 annually plus bonus.
As a Leasing Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational support to Skyline Living’s leasing team. You’ll help ensure consistent leasing processes, strong service standards, and an exceptional prospect experience while supporting onboarding, training, performance management, workflow coordination, and quality assurance. As a Leasing Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational support to Skyline Living’s leasing team. You’ll help ensure consistent leasing processes, strong service standards, and an exceptional prospect experience while supporting onboarding, training, performance management, workflow coordination, and quality assurance. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to Leasing Associates.
- Supporting performance management activities, including goal setting, coaching, recognition, and corrective action when required.
- Assisting with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new Leasing Associates.
- Coordinating daily leasing workflows and helping ensure workload is distributed effectively across the team.
- Serving as the first point of escalation for leasing-related questions, concerns, and workflow challenges.
- Championing the effective use of AI leasing technology, CRM platforms, and other leasing systems to support performance and coaching.
- Collaborating with Operations and site teams to support occupancy goals and a strong resident/prospect experience.
- Supporting process improvements, new technologies, operational initiatives, and ongoing compliance with Skyline policies and procedures.
- Experience in multifamily leasing and a strong understanding of leasing processes, service standards, and applicable legislation.
- Experience using CRM platforms, AI leasing technology, Yardi, or other property management systems.
- A natural coach who enjoys helping people build confidence, sharpen their skills, and succeed as a team.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- The ability to balance people leadership with operational details, follow-up, and documentation.
- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years post-secondary education and five (5) years’ related experience, or equivalent workplace experience.
- You’ll be part of a hardworking, supportive leasing team that shows up for each other and has some fun along the way.
