Summary:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare experiences by leading the implementation of our SaaS platform for complex midsize to large healthcare based clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills, a deep understanding of healthcare processes, an understanding of healthcare technology with a focus on scheduling and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of independence, accountability, and ownership, helping ensure consistent progress, strong client communication, and a seamless implementation experience.

This position requires candidates to be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area and work onsite at our McKinney office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and client success, to achieve successful implementations and ensure client needs are met.

• Serve as the subject matter expert and at times the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, fostering strong relationships and addressing client needs and concerns.

• Conduct regular check-ins and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and project progression.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing Alluvium’s platform.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, utilizing Alluvium’s implementation guides and best practices.

• Proactively address and resolve implementation challenges, working closely with internal teams and clients to identify effective solutions.

• Be forward thinking, anticipating potential roadblocks and proactively implement preventive measures.

• Become a subject matter expert, comfortable recommending solutions to clients and guiding them toward the best fit for their business needs within the existing functionality of the product.

• Provide support during the transition from implementation to ongoing support, ensuring a smooth handover to internal and external teams.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills to oversee end-to-end implementations, adhering to project methodology, timelines and deliverables.

• Deep understanding of healthcare industry-specific processes with a specific focus on scheduling and referral workflows, EMRs, Practice Manager Software, compliance, and standards, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

• Strong technical acumen, with ability to configure and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Exceed customer expectations with an unwavering commitment to customer delivery, demonstrating innovative thinking to enhance client experiences. Possess exceptional skills in building and managing client relationships, establishing strong rapport with clients.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years experience in implementation management, project management or similar position in a healthcare setting preferred

• Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferred

• Experience working in a startup environment is desirable
