What you can expect as a Senior Accountant:

Daily Duties:

• Bank Deposit Reconciliation to system Posting
• Process Void/Stop Payments
• Record bank transactions including deposits, ACH, and wires
• Record bi-weekly payroll entries
• Prepare invoices for various businesses
• Support and response to accounting related inquiry from various business teams
• Work on ad-hoc projects assigned

Month End Duties:

• Assist in month end reports compilation
• Prepare sales tax return for various businesses
• Prepare month end journal entries for various businesses
• Download monthly bank statements, loan statements, sales reports from various systems.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, inter-company transactions, cash on deposits, credit card & ACH sales receivables, petty cash, Small Ops activities, and other account reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly fixed assets and lease schedules.

What we are looking for as a Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with some 2-4 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
