CAPITAL MARKETS DIRECTOR

Full Time

JOB SUMMARY:

• Investment Leadership: Work closely with the Liberty Senior Living executive team to evaluate potential opportunities and capital providers.
• Financial Structure: Work closely with the Liberty Senior Living executive team to understand the short and long-term goals for each project and structure each deal to best meet those goals.
• Organizational Documents: Lead the process of coming to terms on a project and negotiating all associated documents including but not limited to term sheets, letters of intent, operating agreements, ground leases, management agreements, development agreements, etc.
• Miscellaneous: Assist in asset management reporting and communication with existing capital partners, assist in the financial modeling of projects and deal structures, and overall assistance in the growth and management of Liberty Senior Living.
• Management: Responsible for effective self/workload management. Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication skills. Promotes collaboration and a positive, professional work environment. Attends all position related meetings to ensure proper communication/planning occurs. Adheres to all Liberty Senior Living company standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Juris Doctor or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive financial management experience
• Must have multi-property experience
• Must be detail oriented, with strong self-organization and communication skills
• Must have extensive knowledge of financial statements and capital markets
• Must have experience negotiating organizational documents with capital partners
• Must have extensive working experience with Microsoft Excel
• Must have a State Driver’s license in good standing.
