We are looking for an Assistant Swim Coach!

What our Assistant Swim Coaches are all about:
Our Assistant Swim Coaches are experienced professionals with a passion for helping children ages 5-16 meet their competitive swimming goals. They enjoy analyzing performance, providing instruction on swimming techniques and working with our aquatics department to prepare for competitive events.

What you are all about:

• You have joy and enthusiasm for working with children and helping them improve their competitive performance.
• You have 1-3 years of previous coaching experience and/or aquatics experience and coaching membership that is in good standing with USA Swimming.
• You are an ASCA Level II certification (or higher) is highly desirable but not required.
• You have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree ideal.
• You have exceptional communication and motivation skills with children.
• You have the ability to consider varied social, emotional and physical attributes.
• You have an attitude of inclusion and team building.
• You have a CPR/AED & First Aid (Adult) Certification.
• You have a Lifeguard Certification (or Equivalent Water Safety Certification) – Ideal but not required.
• You have a USA Masters Swimming (USMS) Coach Certification.
• You have a SafeSport Training (USA Swimming).

Compensation: $19.29 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
