Bay Cast Foundry is currently has open positions for Chipper/Grinders, on 1st and 2nd Shift. These are hands on positions that do not require foundry specific experience! These position averages 45-50 hours per week and employees are paid weekly!

Chipper/Grinder positions require the use of pneumatic grinders and chipping hammers to remove excess materials from parts after the pouring/molding process. This is a hands-on position. Candidates must be willing to work in hot environments, be able to bend and stoop repeatedly, and be on their feet for most of the work day.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience with power tools, large acetylene torches, and pneumatic tools is a plus.
• Use of a tape measure and reading of simple visual set-up drawings.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Good attendance is required.
• Willingness to learn.
