About the Role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager with strong experience in e-commerce accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, improve processes, manage reconciliations across multiple platforms, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end close and accounting operations. Manage AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Review transactions from Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Analyze financial data and prepare reports. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives. Manage and mentor accounting team members. Partner with leadership on financial strategy and planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience. Previous leadership experience (Accounting Manager, Supervisor, Senior Accountant, or similar). Strong e-commerce accounting experience (MUST) Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query). Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close. Advanced/Fluent English.
