Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter – Skilled Trades Construction based in the United States.
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven recruiter to manage high-volume talent acquisition across the skilled trades and construction industries. In this role, you will identify, attract, and recruit qualified professionals for high-priority client accounts. The position offers remote flexibility, competitive compensation, and attractive monthly performance incentives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades and construction positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates such as electricians, welders, plumbers, and other skilled trades professionals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, referrals, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client requirements, anticipate staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific opportunities.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Accurately manage candidate information, employee files, recruitment records, and relevant compliance documentation.
Respond quickly to high-priority staffing requests and manage competing recruitment deadlines effectively.
Demonstrate flexibility by occasionally working evenings or weekends to support urgent client requirements and hiring timelines.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, respond to high-volume recruitment demands, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-focused approach to delivering a positive recruitment experience.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a dynamic recruitment team.
Willingness to work 40+ hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends when business needs require.
Competitive base salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience.
Monthly performance incentives: Additional $2,500–$3,500 in potential monthly incentives and commissions.
Comprehensive healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
