How You’ll Make an Impact
As our Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll help bring our mission to life by creating a positive, engaging, and rewarding experience for VBSPCA volunteers. You’ll support our existing volunteer community, welcome and guide individuals interested in getting involved, and help connect volunteers with opportunities that make the greatest impact.

Working closely with teams across the organization, you’ll coordinate volunteer support for VBSPCA outreach initiatives and signature events, communicate volunteer opportunities, and help ensure our volunteer program meets both the needs of the organization and the interests of those who generously give their time. Your ability to build relationships, stay organized, and inspire engagement will help strengthen our volunteer community and advance the VBSPCA’s mission.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys bringing people together, coordinating meaningful initiatives, and helping others feel connected to a shared purpose.

Compensation and Schedule
This is a full-time position offering 36–40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $17. The regular working schedule is 8:30am to 4:30pm Tuesday through Saturday.
