At Malatesta O'Brien, we create and install exceptional custom shades, draperies, and window treatments for some of the most beautiful homes.
We're one of the few remaining local workrooms that handle nearly everything in-house, from measuring and fabrication to installation.
We're looking for a skilled, dependable, detail-oriented person who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done.

Measure and install custom shades, draperies, blinds, and specialty window treatments.
Work with precision tools and various mounting surfaces.
Learn or expand your experience with motorized systems, including Somfy and Lutron.
Collaborate with our fabrication and office team.
Document job-site details using company-provided technology.
Respect our clients, their homes, and the quality of every installation.
Experiencewith the following is a BIG plus:
Strong measuring skills and confidence using hand and power tools
Good communication, reliability, and attention to detail
A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders
Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team
Window covering experience is a plus, but great craftsmanship and the right attitude are what really get our attention.
