POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Mechanic/Lube Technician to join our innovative Construction team. This position is full-time. Travel will be required.

The Mechanic/Lube Technician position involves maintenance of company equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Perform lube oil changes on mobile equipment
2. Analyze malfunctions and repairs
3. Repair, and maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment

Position Requirements:

1. Must be at least 21 years old
2. Must have a valid driver’s license, CDL preferred
3. Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations
4. Able to communicate effectively
5. Ability to listen and take direction
6. Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
