Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Performance: Increase sales volume, optimize product mix, and adapt to market trends, competitive insights, and economic factors to achieve revenue goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet monthly sales and KPI targets while maintaining professional standards.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, recognize individual achievements, and implement rewards programs to foster team engagement.
• Strategic Oversight: Assess team strengths and weaknesses, implementing tailored strategies to optimize performance and address challenges.
• Hands-On Support: Provide direct support to sales associates, assisting with lead generation, member consultations, and deal closures.
• Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with members by understanding their evolving needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring an outstanding member experience.
