About the role:

Piepho Moving & Storage seeks an energetic person with an interest in sales. The Inside Sales Intern will work with our customers and salespeople to ensure outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. The Inside Sales Intern works with new customers and corporate clients calling our offices in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Rochester, Mankato, MN and La Crosse, WI.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a college student looking to develop their sales and communication skills during the summer. There will be opportunities to work with our salespeople to develop an understanding of how the sales process works in a highly competitive industry.

This job is located in our Eagan, MN office.

Responsibilities:

• Work with new customers over the phone and prepare them for sales appointments
• Optimize sales calendars
• Communicate professionally with potential customers to assist in closing leads
• Monitor and maintain sales lead system
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Desire to work in a fast paced, energetic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Strong verbal and written skills with polished telephone etiquette
• Strong orientation for detail.
