About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by performing regular maintenance and repairs on our machinery and equipment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field
• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

• Performing regular maintenance on production equipment and facilities
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with machinery and equipment
• Implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Additionally, your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics will be essential in implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Finally, your experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting, welding and fabrication, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be beneficial in this role.
