Work Hours

Friday and Saturday Evenings 5:00pm-9:15pm

Do you love giggles, open ended play, story time, and tiny high-fives? We're looking for someone fun, caring, and energetic to join our team and make a difference in the lives of the children of The Bridgewater Club!

What You'll Do:

• Care for children ages 3 months to 10 years
• Play, laugh, learn, and grow alongside curious little minds
• Lead fun and creative activities that spark imagination
• Help with snacks, diaper changes, and keeping little hands clean
• Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment
• Be a role model and a kind, supportive presence
• Keep parents in the loop with friendly updates
• Be part of a supportive, welcoming team that loves what they do!

Who You Are:

• Passionate about working with kids
• Responsible, patient, and nurturing
• Ready to jump in and make everyday moments special
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Ability to act as mediator between children
• Patient, friendly and reliable

& Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
• Ability to create a fun and engaging environment for children
• Passionate about working with children and ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have reliable transportation.
