RN - Hospice - Every other Weekend (part-time) in New Hartford, New York at Hospice & Palliative Care Inc

We are seeking (2) compassionate and dedicated Nurses to join our Hospice team on a part-time basis.

This position is for every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PM) and involves assisting with admissions and patient visits.

Assesses, plans, teaches, counsels, coordinates resources, delivers and documents care to patients and families utilizing hospice services. Receives assignments from Clinical Supervisor. Job responsibilities include doing admissions and covers boards for Primary RN's as needed and makes visits to assigned patients as needed throughout the three counties we serve. Will have the opportunity to care for one patient at a time in person, and over the phone.
