Position Description:

Sadler Brothers has an immediate opening for a Driver Recruiter. We're a mid-sized fleet with a little over 100 trucks, with over 90 years of truckload experience hauling US Mail. Over half of our drivers have been with us over 15 years, and most of our new positions are created from new business!

We're looking for the right person to help us find quality drivers to work as a member of our team.

A little about what you'll be doing -

- Screen applications from our ATS

- Call and talk with new applicants about open positions

- Work with operations for retention and current hiring needs

- Lead orientations and new hire processing

- Work with human resources to update driver qualification files.

- Work with current drivers to promote a quality work environment and keep retention high

- Become a voice for the drivers and ensure we're providing all of the necessary training and information for the driver to succeed.

-Assist with the Saftey department with day to day tasks

Position Responsibilities: 25.00% - Knowledge generally gained from 2+ years as a recruiter in the transportation field 25.00% - General knowledge of DOT screening requirements and procedures. 10.00% - Experience with Application tracking systems, and job boards 25.00% - 1+ year prior experience in Marketing/Advertising 15.00% - Highly organized and able to keep up-to-date records.
