How you will make an impact:
Summit Place is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team. This position provides a unique opportunity to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse while also supervising and training our team of Resident Assistants. As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will oversee our team of Resident Assistants, monitor staffing levels to ensure shifts are filled, and schedule our team while adhering to budgeted hours. You will also monitor Individualized Care Plans and Daily Assignment Sheets and step in when necessary to assist with resident care. The right candidate will be passionate about ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care from our team of Resident Assistants and committed to providing hands-on care to our residents as needed.

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Weekends only (can be every weekend OR every other)
• 9:30am - 6:00pm OR 1:00pm - 9:30pm

What you will need:

• Current MN nursing license
• Minimum of 2 years experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or home care preferred
• Past supervisory and scheduling experience preferred
