Nutritional Services Worker in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation is recruiting a Nutritional Services Worker to care for our residents in Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility

The skilled nursing facility is a 111-bed facility located in Bolivar, MO.

A typical day will include: Maintaining safe and sanitary conditions within the kitchen; preparing a variety of foods following standardized recipes and methods of preparation in the correct amount needed for resident and employee food service; serving food in the dining room and employee cafeteria; recording and updating diet information on resident cards; preparing nourishment and stocking the hydration carts as needed; practicing excellence in customer service; behaving in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH, and performing other duties as requested.

The position is Part Time, Rotating Hours May Vary 10:30a.m-7:00p.m
