Maintenance Technician at Angels In Your Home – Hilton, New York

Maintenance Technician: Full Time Days, some evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities and Functions:

• Works under the supervision of the Facilities Director.
• Some electrical, plumbing
• Snow shoveling, salting
• Repairing walls/painting
• Empty trash from courtyard, pick up and litter or debris on premises. Pick up recycling
• Put away stock on loading deck
• Deliver stock to closets
• Clean front entrance including leaves or any other debris
• Landscaping, trim bushes, mulch gardens
• Replace light bulbs
• Replace ceiling tiles
• Monthly maintenance on equipment in boiler room, kitchen, laundry, beauty shop, generator, bathroom vents, shower drains, heaters and A/C filters, roof drains and fans
• Other duties as assigned
• Helps with new admissions or room moves/changes
• Work hours as scheduled by supervisor
