Automotive TECH Support Rep in Phoenix, Arizona at Moveras, LLC

This is a high visibility position that requires someone to multitask, think fast on their feet, be able to problem solve and continually make our customers a priority. The position requires a customer centric mindset, business maturity, and technical understanding. In this role you will have to communicate decisively with customers, distributors, manufacturing and management to ensure customer satisfaction. You must be able to manage your time, have patience and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, with an option for 80% remote work and 20% in-office.
• Maintain and organize communications via email, chat, voicemail, and message boards.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Assist customers with purchase orders.
• Order parts for field repairs, sourcing from both external vendors and internal resources.
• Issue PO numbers for parts purchases.
• Handle shipping of parts from stock and generate UPS labels.
• Guide customers on filing labor claims.
• Issue RMAs and coordinate field repairs.
• Organize incoming photos related to repair tickets.

• Proficient in word processing and typing.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong desire to assist customers.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous call center experience is a plus, but we are open to training.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and call center operations.
