We are seeking an experienced RNA integration engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, genetics, and gene therapy. The primary responsibilities of this role will include designing and executing experiments to integrate RNA molecules into target cells and tissues. This position requires a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to work independently to develop and optimize new methods for RNA integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to integrate RNA molecules into target cells and tissues.

• Optimize RNA integration protocols and develop new methods for RNA delivery and integration.

• Use molecular biology techniques to modify and engineer RNA molecules for improved integration efficiency.

• Conduct quality control assays to ensure the accuracy and reliability of RNA integration results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate RNA integration technologies for specific applications.

• Maintain detailed experimental records and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in molecular biology, genetics, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience in RNA integration.

• Strong background in molecular biology techniques, including nucleic acid extraction, purification, and quantification.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and optimizing RNA integration protocols.

• Familiarity with gene therapy and RNA therapeutics.

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
