Office staff positions require experience with new construction, lease up, Onesite, Lead2lease, OPS Tech, etc.
- Property Manager. Must have 3 - 4 years' verifiable experience as a multifamily Property Manager
- Assistant Manager. Must have 2 - 3 years' verifiable experience as a multifamily Assistant Manager
- Leasing Consultant. Must have minimum one-year experience in multifamily Leasing
Maintenance positions require new construction experience, all HVAC certifications, etc.
- Lead Maintenance. Must be HVAC certified. Must have 3 - 4 years' experience in a lead maintenance role.
- Assistant Maintenance. Must be HVAC certified and possess a Certified Pool Operator license. Must have 2 - 3 years experience in the in an assistant maintenance role
- Make Ready/Porter. Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields, familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, ability to handle physical workload and deadline and detail-oriented
