About This Position

About Us

We’re not your typical insurance organization — we’re a purpose-driven team built around people, impact, and innovation. Our mission is simple: to help working families safeguard their futures while giving our team members the freedom to design careers that fit their goals and lifestyles.

We believe true success grows from independence, personal growth, and a sense of community. That’s why we’ve built a culture where ambitious professionals can excel — supported by advanced digital tools, hands-on mentorship, and a team environment grounded in trust, collaboration, and integrity.

For over six decades, we’ve proudly partnered with unions, associations, and hardworking families across North America to deliver dependable supplemental and permanent benefit programs. As we continue to grow, we’re searching for driven individuals who want to make a difference and find fulfillment in the work they do.

The Opportunity

As a representative of our organization, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for the families we protect. You’ll play a key role in helping clients understand their coverage, navigate their benefits, and feel confident about their decisions.

This position goes far beyond managing policies — it’s about creating genuine connections, educating families on their options, and becoming a trusted resource they can rely on for years to come.

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service

  • Guide policyholders through their benefit options, claims, and updates with empathy and precision

  • Simplify complex coverage information into clear, easy-to-understand terms

  • Work closely with leadership to refine onboarding and client-experience processes

  • Act as the go-to point of contact for client questions and service needs

  • Participate in continuous learning, coaching, and leadership development opportunities

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A friendly, service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help others

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a remote-first environment

  • Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven

  • Background in sales, customer service, or insurance is an advantage (but not mandatory)

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada

What You’ll Gain
  • Remote flexibility: work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection

  • Consistent income: weekly pay plus monthly performance incentives

  • Comprehensive training: structured onboarding with personalized mentorship

  • Growth potential: clear paths toward leadership and career advancement

  • Supportive culture: a values-driven team that celebrates collaboration and success

  • Meaningful impact: the chance to improve lives and support families in your community
