💵 Pay Rate: $17.75/hour | Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 7:45 AM- 4:15 PM

Tresco, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian to help keep our facilities safe, clean, and welcoming. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a supportive team making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

• Clean and sanitize restrooms; sweep and mop tile floors

• Clean entranceway and building windows (interior/exterior), and office glass as needed

• Empty trash and replace liners throughout facility

• Perform monthly high dusting, including blinds, and dust all surfaces as needed

• Refill restroom supplies: paper products, soap, deodorizers, and batteries

• Vacuum all carpeted areas regularly

• Complete other cleaning duties as assigned

• Notify Facilities Maintenance of any maintenance or repair needs

• Assist members of the public in a professional and courteous manner when needed

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Prior custodial/janitorial experience preferred

• Equivalent experience may be considered per Tresco policy

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid driver’s license or Real ID required

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a background check, MVR check, and post-offer drug screening

Key Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

• Maintain confidentiality

• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
