Luxury Retail Security Guard (MUST have experience in Luxury Retail)

The role of the Luxury Retail Security Guard requires prior experience in luxury retail security, loss prevention, professionalism, reliability, and the ability to remain composed, alert, and proactive at all times.

The Luxury Retail Security Guard will provide client-facing security services at a luxury retail store in Beverly Hills while ensuring the safety of customers, employees, and property.

FULL TIME: $22h + overtime (Weekly Pay)

Uniform: All-black, formal suit & tie

Schedule: 8-10 hours per shift

Looking for full-time, part-time, on/call flex

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position requires a professional, licensed Security Guard with a stable work history, who takes the role seriously and demonstrates proper etiquette, presentation, and behavior in a high-end environment.

• Stand in static post 8 hours, not a sitting position.

• Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property within the store.

• Act as the liaison with local law enforcement and external security services during incidents.

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter theft and respond quickly to suspicious activity.

• Monitor CCTV systems and complete clear, detailed incident reports.

• Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication at all times.

• Stand for 8 -10 hours per shift

• Demonstrates proper etiquette, presentation, and behavior in a high-end environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid BSIS Guard Card

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail security, loss prevention, concierge security.

• 1-2 years of experience with CCTV Systems.

• Stable Security Guard work history

• Education - high school or equivalent, 2-year degree or higher is a plus but not required.

• WMD/Power to Arrest certification.

• Extremely professional in appearance, demeanor, and communication at all times.

• Reliable, committed, and stable, must be dependable and punctual with strong follow-through.

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to defuse and manage conflict calmly.

• Professional grooming standards.

• Own an all-black, formal suit and tie.

• Ability to focus and not fraternize with employees and customers.

• Physically fit and able to stand for 8h-10hrs

• Able to provide two professional references.
