What You’ll Do
  • Reach out to members who have requested information and schedule convenient appointments.

  • Conduct brief phone or Zoom conversations to confirm interest and provide next steps.

  • Help connect families with licensed professionals who can review their benefit options.

  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and scheduling details in the digital system.

  • Follow up with members to ensure appointments are completed and satisfaction is maintained.

  • Take part in training, mentorship, and development programs to strengthen communication and organizational skills.

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and consistency are valued.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.

  • Comfort with basic technology including Zoom, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.

  • Excellent organization, time management, and reliability in meeting goals and deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently from home.

  • A positive, coachable attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

  • Must be able to pass a routine background check.
