We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Resident Care Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff and caregivers

- Develop, implement, and update care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare providers

- Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

- Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports

- Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff to promote professional development

- Assist with medication administration and management as needed

- Foster a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Proven experience in senior care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing care

- Ability to assess residents’ needs and develop appropriate care plans

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident care

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities
