We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Fox Chapel Golf Club. In this role, you will assist in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our members.

This role allows you to work with various culinary styles, from casual to upscale à la carte, sophisticated banquets, and offers a platform to sharpen and diversify your skills.

- Seasoned culinary professionals with experience in fine-dining environments; hotel, resort or country club experience
- Ability and drive to uphold and enhance the culinary experience
- Proficiency in multiple cooking styles and techniques
- Dedication to leadership and supervision
- Great work ethic and communication skills
- Flexibility with scheduling, including weekend and holiday availability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant or club environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
