Registered Nurse Supervisor/Case Manager for VA Program at Millennium Home Health and Hospice, Inc. – Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Registered Nurse/Case Manager for the VA Aide Program will be responsible for the oversight of home health aides and orders given by VA doctors. Responsibilites will include (but not limited to) starting veterans on service, oversight of the program, staff and performing supervisory visits. This position will require extensive driving as well as a certain amount of office time.

We offer benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurances as well as other benefit policies. The employee is also eligible to earn paid days off and can accrue up to 136 hours a year for the first 3 years of employment (this is accrued based upon the hours an employee works). We also offer mileage reimbursement.

Per visit pay range $68,000 - $76,000

*Higher pay for specialized visit types

SIGN ON BONUS of $6,000 payable quarterly

Must have a valid RN license in OK (or compact license). Dependable transporation, auto insurance and CPR required.
