Job Title: Night Maintenance & Cleaning Specialist

Founded in 1949 around the concept that "The Best Is None Too Good," we are looking for a dedicated individual to help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety. In this split role, you will handle preventative maintenance during the evening and transition to pressure washing floor cleaning after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance tasks on restaurant equipment, including cleaning, washing, and inspecting.

• Follow the direction of your Supervisor to perform pressure cleaning in the restaurant after we are closed and employees have left.

• Spray and clean all kitchen floor areas, collect garbage, and clean out floor traps.

• Squeegee excess water in areas to allow them to dry safely, and spray and move floor mats.

• Practice safe work practices by following all Company safety rules, OSHA regulations, and immediately wiping up spills or food debris.

• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with Company procedures to ensure safety and quality goals are met.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age due to overnight hours and equipment operation.

• Strong focus on safety, quality, accountability, and integrity.

• Must be a self-starter and be able to work alone efficiently.

• Must possess or obtain a valid food handler's permit.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques (bending at the knees, lifting with legs).

• Ability to stand and exert physical effort performing manual labor for the duration of the shift.

• Ability to tolerate exposure to moderate noise levels and moisture.

• Must wear approved slip-resistant safety shoes while on duty.

• Ability to stay on task while working overnight.

Job Type & Perks

• Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Schedule: Part-Time, with opportunities for Full-Time later on.
