The Executive Chef is a key part of the F&B leadership team driving culinary excellence at our hotel. Together with your Sous Chefs, you manage the daily kitchen operation, cost and inventory control, and cleanliness. You constantly train and develop a team of 10-12 line-level culinary associates. You will partner with the Noble House Corporate F&B team for menu development. Beyond that, you let your creative juices flow with specials, seasonal menus, buy-outs and Chef Tables.
