Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with owners, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Deliver outstanding client service through quick, thoughtful, and proactive communication.
  • Market and lease suites including advertising, showings, and thorough screening.
  • Prepare accurate leases, addendums, and notices.
  • Conduct professional move-in, move-out, and routine inspections.
  • Stay organized while managing inquiries, communications, and daily tasks.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with our trusted contractor network.
  • Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act and lease terms.
  • Represent clients at RTB hearings with confidence and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with your teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to special projects.
  • Be flexible and pitch in during busier cycles such as month-end.

What We’re Looking For

  • A valid BC Rental Property Management License (required).
  • Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.
  • A client-first mindset and commitment to timely follow-up.
  • Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional, clear communicator both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly.
  • A positive, growth-oriented attitude.

  • Personal vehicle required.
