Job Description

The Customer Finance & Title Associate will be responsible for preparing sales contracts, financing, and title paperwork and helping customers choose the best F&I options for their purchase. The ideal candidate will provide a positive customer experience while maintaining detailed records and following required laws and guidelines. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical in this role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing vehicle sales, finance, and title paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and working directly with the customer during signing
• Submit credit/finance applications, track lender approvals, and ensure compliance with lender guidelines.
• Track and follow up on contract funding status to ensure timely funding.
• Ensure all paperwork is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Offering and explaining the benefits of finance and insurance products (Extended Warranties, GAP, Battery, Wheel & Tire)
• Communicating regularly with lenders, government agencies, and internal staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and follow up on financial and legal documentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills.
• Detailed and consistent communicator comfortable with multiple forms of communication (text, phone, email, etc.)
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems with the ability to extract data from various applications
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment and be flexible

Experience/Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of F&I experience required or in a related field.
• Previous title experience preferred.
• Notary Preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time; Hourly; Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; **Weekend Availability**

Hourly Wage: $28.50
