Reports to: General Manager

Cartersville Country Club is seeking a professional and service-focused Evening Bar Supervisor to oversee evening bar operations and provide a welcoming and refined experience for our members and their guests. This role requires a hands-on leader who is attentive to detail, enjoys working in an upscale environment, and takes pride in maintaining the high standards expected at a private country club.

• Supervise the evening bar team, ensuring exceptional service and member satisfaction
• Create a warm, inviting atmosphere in line with the club's hospitality standards
• Oversee drink preparation and ensure adherence to quality and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and lounge areas
• Assist the daytime bar staff with ordering, restocking, and waste control
• Handle member and guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
• Enforce club policies, including responsible alcohol service
• Manage end-of-shift procedures
• Support and train bar staff to ensure performance consistency and growth

• Minimum 2 years of bar or hospitality supervisory experience, preferably in a private club or upscale venue
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Polished interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on member service
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory controls
• TIPS Certification in the state of Georgia required.
