What You'll Be Doing:
Triage, stabilize, and monitor critical patients
Place IVCs, draw blood, push meds, and give injections like a boss
Run in-house labs, assist with ultrasound, and monitor anesthesia
Support emergency procedures and CPR
Collaborate with DVMs and support team with top-tier nursing care
Keep medical records and charges updated in Vetspire
Help train assistants and share your knowledge (we see you, mentor mode)

When You'll Work:
Swing shift (typically 4:30 pm–1:00 am) including weekends and holidays.

Shift Differentials:
- +$3/hrfor all hours worked Friday 6pm – Monday 8am
- Extra bumpfor any hours worked between 10pm – 8am
- These stack with your base rate for max value on tough shifts
What You Bring:
Active California RVT License
2+ years of experience (ER preferred, but not required if you're confident)
Fearless attitude, sharp clinical skills, and a desire to keep growing
You can handle pressure, advocate for patients, and collaborate without ego
