This role involves direct patient care and support during one of the most critical and joyful times of their lives ? childbirth.Strong ability to operate under stress and make critical decisions in emergency scenarios.In-depth knowledge of prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postnatal care.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of educating and comforting patients and their families.Proficiency with healthcare information systems and electronic medical records.
